With Climate Control designing and installing your geothermal system you can expect the following:

• One on one visit with our Geothermal Specialist to find out what the needs are of the home or business and what the family needs in the heating and cooling system.
• A free proposal that will include all options based on the family/home/busin ess needs. A cost analysis in which can provide you with detailed information on your system payback and utility savings. (Utility release form (download below) can be filled out and returned for retrofit analysis. We want this to be able to be filled out and emailed back to Climate Control, Inc.)
• Another one on one meeting to go over the results of the cost analysis and explain system design and options, make any changes that may be necessary. This is where we want to know any questions, hesitations, or concerns you may have with the particular system we have designed for you. During this process, we want you to become an informed, knowledgeable, comfortable customer, secure in knowing that a Geothermal system is right for your business or family.
• Once accepting the proposal, a Contract Agreement will be formally written up. This contract is to provide the customer with the comfort knowing exactly what to expect from Climate Control, Inc. and what is expected from the owner. There are no changes made to any Contract without consent from both the contractor and owner.
• A dependable, timely, and professional team will begin your project. Due to the intensity of such quality of work, we give our current projects precedence until completion.
• Climate Control, Inc. feels that communication with the customer is the most important part of any design and construction project to ensure all expectations are met at project completion. We strive to be as accessible as possible to our customers to answer all questions in as short as time as possible.
• Billing during the project will be released in the Contract Agreement.
• Upon completion of the project all payments need to be received in our office.
